I have 6 games on android and lost over 30 alliance flights (small propeller plane) on each game. One hour ago I've got 34 flights to Dhaka on 1 game, now after landing 4 planes I have 23 flights... hope G! will solve this problem soon

The server isn't just slow, It's broken, It's inadequate!

I've been always careful landing planes by visiting madlen and running the "test" every time before landing them, (of course this isn't practical when flying maps, so I do it every 15-30 flights). This shouldn't even be necessary for a properly functioning game!

Just last night:
= I lost at least 6570 passengers carried for my alliance
= lost alliance task flights too many to remember
= Gifts taken but not found in the warehouse (be careful when taking gifts now)

We have put up with so much incompetence and BS from GI, the only reason I'm still playing is because of my great forum friends/neighbors. But now I've had enough and GI can say goodbye to the 1506 greens I planned on purchasing for land expansion.

Meanwhile my other game which never had issues as bad as GI, just gave me about $150-200 USD worth of in-game items because I haven't played in awhile and it's a new years gift. This is how Professional Game Developers should be!

Every day after the time reset i start sending all my gifts and click on received gifts and do my visit this is very good time and server work fine but the problem after that during the day
If i want to launch cannot and receiving gifts failed also cannot visit so i keep waiting again for the next day after the time reset.
In my country time reset 4am i am wake up 4:30am sometimes 5am and i have 2 hours to send and received and launch
I think some of you they wait till the last 2 hours before the time reset and start sending or receiving and i know for some players is the night time when the timer reset.
I dont know why Gi waiting for the next event to update and fix this server problem they should do it now its almost a month or more.

Couldn't agree more - WOW give out premium (a days play with 50%? increase in rewards) for the slightest server issue (even if its just for a couple of hours)!

I forgot to add that with the current state of GI servers, you can lose server connection within just 2 minutes after you have successfully ran the "test" so you better land your planes right away or they won't count and you will lose pax carried.

The incompetence of GI is unbelievable! I've been gaming before Windows 95 and never experienced a developer being consistently unreliable and terrible like GI! I'm starting to think this company is being ran in some garage or basement by people who couldn't get hired or have been fired by real gaming companies/developers.

Can't say I blame them I agree this is getting too much we've had it on/off for weeks.

I'm trying to count my planes for the alliance but losing track with pax etc.

I'm not doing any launches after reading other's comments, its not worth the risk for me at the moment.
