this is maximum...only if you make another account you can send 20 more from that account...

It has not changed since the beginning of the game 5 + years ago. A that time 20 gifts were more then enough.
20 gifts is one of the foundations of the game, to try to adjust it may cause issues that will effect the whole game instead of our current update issues which effect part of the game.

The 100 item limit is no longer applyed in the game
Was this just removed ? didnt notice because i only have one support account to witch it was aplyed
