Device: ASUS ROG GL552 Gaming Laptop (2017)

Problems:
1.) game crashes after about two minutes or after clicking all my 8 planes that have landed. very frustrating after getting good drops then just losing them because the game crashed. and I know it is not from my end. I'm running a Gaming Laptop that's wired in the router.
2.) counter for sending Gifts and/or visiting/helping neighbors does not reset. I am again unable to gift or help neighbors.
3.) Daily missions counter not working, some days its flights sent, gifts sent or neighbors visited.
All of these in the last 10 days. I've contacted GI support at least 4 times in the last ten days about different issues. with no reply from them at all. This is very frustrating and it is really pissing me off. if this is how they treat their players who spend real money on the game. then I guess its time to spend my money on other games. all the other games that I've spent on has never been this terrible with treating clients, and at least when they had bugs or glitches they would compensate players with in game items (both paying or free to play gamers). just had about enough of this BS from GI, they think just because you invested a lot of time and some cash on their game that they got you hooked, and can't walk away. maybe its time for me to move on and find another secondary game.
