We all have experienced situation in which when you open one of launch color we don't see any active launches and you know that there is one. Easiest way is double tap when landing shuttle or collection rocket (Only error message which makes me happy in fast launches). But sometimes can happened that double tap was not registered and active launches are not visible or your party crew didn't start new launch. As server sync is slower (it takes few minutes for active launch to become visible) there were few options different from platform to platform (exiting game, visit Madlen...).
I found out little faster option - in your add friend field enter test and server will sync and active launches will become visible (thanks to @Robby Kusuma who shared test info and gave me idea that it also is working with launches).
It is working for me on win phone, you can test on other platforms and share experience.
