Many players have lost well earned greens to this stupid new feature. I myself just got hit with it today, thankfully I didn't have enough greens to lose but still it is a terrible design.

Send a ticket and you will get refunded. i got my 16 greenies back that way. We must do that until they get the message and fix it sooner (a fix is in the works but dunno about the timeframe).

Thanks Xilikon. Luckily I didn't lose anything because my greens are so low, but its nice to know that.

The best way not to get caught by the pop up is slow down the clicking on buildings, you never know what building will set it off.

I have managed to avoid getting caught because I space out my clicking so not to accidentally click on something i do not want.

Those of us who have been playing for several years learned the hard way to take some time and not to hurry collecting because we accidentally bought something we did not need. When the game started out clicking without paying attention automatically meant that you spent greenies the offer in those days only cost you one or two greenies which unlike now was very difficult to get.

In the past also when you clicked to fast you could have been assigned the "Time Traveler" message

Especially when you did launches.... If you type ammo too quick, woooos, you were time traveler.
Happened to me a lot. Also, on old iPad, in that time game crashed quite often... And just before i launched, crash... The back to game, popup with Time traveler message...

But it gone with next launch... Those were the days :hilarious:

I have noticed that when I do my collecting far to the sides these pop ups have been almost
non-existent. I did have them pop twice while clicking neighbors planetariums.

Those have almost caught me twice with the 26 green collections chest.

My biggest threat is adventure - pop up appear when you are missing 1 items for collection. Except toad which pop ups when you are almost finish with coins collecting.

Could be I thought it was the stupid collection chest which is 26. I doubt that has ever
actually been bought by anyone on purpose. That stupid toad does not pop up when
I am almost done collecting coins. Rather, for me anyway, it has always popped up
when I have hardly click any of my coin producers. Which of course would be a total
waste.

Happen with me today before 15 minutes when i click to collect my coins Madlen popup to offer Golden Toad bonus 8 greens and i click it by mistake and lost the 8 greens this is looks like trap also it pop up when you collect passengers from buildings.
It should be there confirm message or pop up to complete this process not just one click and detect direct from my account greens.
Not fair at all hope they fix this.

Yes but slowing down while visiting neighbors, yields less item drops. I can deal with slowing down at home, but if traveling/visiting; quick ins and outs, moving onto the next neighbor comes to a complete stop when the

popup..............pops up!

@Bob69bob Excellent comments! You're absolutely right, i'd consider myself a "careful" tapper and have been caught out 3 times in the last week with 8 greenies per tap. Whilst the pop ups ARE annoying as hell, even if GI saw them as an essential part of the game, all we're asking for is a second stage warning players that they're about to spend cash on something (...or for them to get rid of them completely - which would be ideal!!), this would be consistent with the buildings, where you are asked if you WANT to continue. This level of inconsistency is rubbish and losing greenies that i had other plans for does take a LOT away from a game i actually really like

Hard to believe this is still going on. Spoke to a newbie last night who lost greens twice, received the brush off and was ready to give up on her refund. How can they justify giving refunds to some and not others?
