Android Red Launch prob!ems (among others)

I have tried to keep my Red open to try to catch launches to join but I rarely find them. I go in every few hours and sometimes the window closes and I have to open it again. Last night I tried to join df99 and it wouldn't let me join even tho I exited and tried again. A while ago, I joined the tail end of his launch, added the points and finished his launch...I came in 3rd place and had the 2 hours to go. Next time went in to check, the whole launch was gone! No timer, no nothing, like it never existed. After telling df, I tried to add his 2nd game...it would not take his code. Is this my game problem or his?

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm sick of sending tickets...this would be #10 and I've only been playing 7 months.

I have some random problems with launches

One thing I would say though - df99 and some of the other guys do many QL launches and they can be over very quickly, I sometimes go to click on a launch and nothing happens but I have just missed it by seconds - but I am totally convinced I do not see all my neighbours launches. I have a group of the most regular launch guys as my friends, they all launch multiple times a day with many QL and I can go hours without seeing one. I have to exit the game and close it fully then restart the game so it is possible doing this waste time and I just miss the launch

Yes - I am also sick and tired of opening tickets for faults, I have mentioned this problem at least twice to support and got no where rich them

You need to visit a neighbour or in android anyway click on the google play joypad and then wait a few seconds, then your launch room will update. Currently it no longer works just opening & closing the launch room.

It is the same in Windows.

Yeah it's the same 'bug' on ios/android/windows for seeing the launch - but a way round it on android is using the google play trophy joypad thingy (that's the technical name for it) which forces connection to the server so saves visiting a neighbour. (Apologies if that's on windows as well and I am just repeating myself)

I have also some issues with the game regarding launches, this is the answer from the support:

We've seen our players' feedback in social networks and community and also faced multiple requests to our Support Team dealing with the same troubles. We're currently seeking for a proper solution and expect it to be available very soon with an update.

At least they now admit they know about it, but fixing it is a different thing.

I am convinced it's down to changing how the game was structured on the last big update. All the level reset problems, space launch issues, neighbor issues - all have one thing in common - sync to the servers.

We can only hope they have the resources within the development team to look into it and fix it.

Click on the joypad/controller shown above, then this screen appears.



Click on the back arrow (as pointed to) and then wait a few seconds, then open your launch room. Your list should of updated then. If it doesn't work try again. It didn't work the first few times for me, but now it works everytime.
