I can send: not really sure because it changes every time I go to send ever since I upgraded to the Christmas update.

So far no ipad user can send (you have to earn or buy the following): aircraft tire, calculator, defroster, disposable shampoo, empennage, ergonomic chair, insulation, paint, passenger seat, stamp, reinforced steel frame, transmitter, triple wire
