Does AC work on ipod 4? App store says it is compatible with ipod 4, but every time I try to open, it crashes. Any ideas?

After I bought some land, I was trying to move all my runways to one area of my airport. I moved Class 1 & 2 just fine, but my Class 3 was very stubborn. I couldn't move it so it would be right next to Class 2, at the edge of my airport. I tried to move it, but everytime I tried it jumped away...
