It seems to be that the support don't understand the problem...they said again, it would be normal, that at beginning there are only a few trees and the volcano should change stages. I don't have only a few, i don't had not a single one since the event started...what's not to understand? The...

On my Android, where i cant see burnt trees, i have Level 32. On Facebook, where the event works fine, i have just reached Level 8.

The answer of the support was today: "Please, wait until the volcano changes the stage. Since it only appeared, the are very few burnt trees yet. They will start to appear soon. There is no error in the situation described." I tried the game on Facebook, there were directly some burnt trees...

Too bad, if for some reason no burnt trees appears. Did anyone found maybe a solution for this issue?

I have tested it on Facebook (was on Level 7) and as i reached Level 8 the event appeared and they was directly burnt trees around the city. So it must be a bug.
