I really like some of the new stuff and the return of age of ash ( as long as it all works ok )

Have you guys managed to fix the issue with keep getting PPD on alliance flights even when they are all in reserve hangars

I'm going on 6 weeks of having no PPDs but getting alliance mission flights for them. I've been working with GI Kate since the middle of March. They actually said they could see a PPD in my list of planes - I sent them a screenshot of what planes I have showing NO ppd's. She claims it is fixed now and should work properly this coming week. (of course, she has said that the last 3 weeks, so we'll see.) I'm thinking of uninstalling/reinstalling, but I'm afraid I'll lose all my neighbors.

Don't do that (reinstalling), it will not help, otherwise we would've passed that solution through support team already. The issue is known, and as far as I remember it should be fixed in 6.6.

Similar to the Grand Hotel, the Omega Hotel is unlimited population.

One of the rewards throughout gameplay in Age of Ash was a jet plane, similar to that of an S1 or S2. I kept it for quite some time and sold it later, due to the multiple breakdowns as opposed to less downtime with standard planes. I believe you had to complete 10 collections of one type to earn this plane.

Yeah, the red and white Jumbo Ranger. It's somewhere between the S1 an S2...

I'm surprised there's not more communication between the developers and tech support. But I guess tech support has a script they have to follow. Just thankful that Ivan visits this forum regularly and can keep us updated.

Right now I'm sitting with a case of G! not giving me the bonus square, at first they said it is in my warehouse, then they tried to pin the blame on me for buying at the last minute now they say I should wait for the offer to appear again but when I asked why they lied they all of a sudden went quite.

Omega Hotel, huh? Well, in the game there are 2 insanely expensive Towers which generally do nothing special.
